Reebok Treadmills reviews and ratings

Reebok TreadmillsMany people wouldn't think of going out to buy a Reebok treadmill, but they indeed do have a line of treadmills. In fact, Reebok has a complete line of exercise equipment in addition to their better known line of sports apparel and shoes. The home fitness Reebok treadmill product line is labeled "RX". There is an RX1000, RX2000, and RX3000 version of the Reebok treadmill. The 1000 and 3000 are lower priced units sold through SportsAuthority and other retail outlets. While good basic units, for the $1000-$1100 price you'll see at discount sporting goods suppliers you are better off with buying one of the Smooth treadmills in my opinion. The warranty on parts and labor with Reebok treadmills is good. On most models there is a lifetime warranty on the frame. The motor has a 3 year guarantee. The belt and deck has a 2 years warranty as does electrical and mechanical components. Labor is covered for 12 months. Check with the supplier to make sure you are getting a full warranty. Treadmill raters debate the value of Reebok treadmills. Don't confuse the Reebok treadmills you see in a commercial gym with those sold for home use. They are entirely different machines built by different companies. In fact a company called Icon Health and Fitness own the license to produce the home version of Reebok Treadmills. In an online review, Treadmill Doctor suggests that the bells and whistles on home Reebok treadmills don't make up for "comprises in component construction". Apparently you are paying for the name and fancy features. Don't get me wrong. Reebok treadmills are good "me too" treadmills offered in the home market. If you don't want to do a lot of comparison shopping and want a brand name they may be a good fit for you. Review of Reebok TreadmillsReebok
